A meeting at the Tribal cultural center highlighted precautionary measures, with 466 schools and community centers prepared to shelter those affected by disasters. Various departments, including police and fire services, have designated officials to manage relief efforts. The control rooms will operate 24/7 until December, and the public can reach out for immediate assistance during floods, landslides, or other emergencies using provided contact numbers.
